This privacy policy applies to the Daily Planner app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fluxware (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed to store your task data locally on your device. The following explains what information is collected, where it is stored, and when it may leave your device.
All task data you create — including task names, dates, scheduled times, durations, and optionally attached location coordinates — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data is never automatically transmitted to any server.
The Application may request access to your device's location. Location access is used solely to help you attach a geographic location to a task (for example, to navigate to that place later). Location coordinates are stored locally as part of the task data and are not transmitted to any external server by the Application.
If you choose to enable push notifications for a specific task, the Application will send the following information to Fluxware's notification scheduling server in order to deliver the reminder:
This data is used exclusively to schedule and deliver the requested notification. Push notifications are entirely opt-in: notification data is only transmitted when you explicitly enable notifications for a task.

The Service Provider may also disclose information in the following circumstances:
You can disable push notifications at any time by not enabling them when creating or editing a task. You can also revoke notification permissions for the Application through your device's system settings.
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. All locally stored task data will be removed when the Application is uninstalled.
Task data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete individual tasks or uninstall the Application.
Notification scheduling data (task name, start time, reminder offset, and device token) transmitted to Fluxware's notification server is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the scheduled notification and is deleted thereafter.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information. Task data is stored locally on your device. When notification data is transmitted to the Service Provider's server, it is sent over HTTPS. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
